Winter Sessions Now Available! Metro Rec Leagues are the perfect opportunity for boys and girls ages 7–14 to learn, grow, and compete in a fun and supportive environment. Designed for both beginners and experienced athletes, the league focuses on developing volleyball fundamentals—such as passing, serving, setting, and hitting—while also teaching teamwork, communication, and game strategy.
Athletes attend one evening per week, making it a great fit for busy families who still want their child to enjoy the benefits of organized sports. Every session is led by a trained Metro Coach who specializes in working with young players, ensuring that athletes not only improve their skills but also build confidence and a love for the game.
Throughout the sessions, athletes will have the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real match play, gaining valuable game experience in a supportive, encouraging setting. Metro Rec Leagues are all about growth, fun, and preparing players for future volleyball opportunities.

The Minis program is specially designed for young athletes ages 4–7 who are ready to start their volleyball journey in a fun and engaging way. Session will focus on building a strong foundation by teaching the fundamental skills of volleyball—including passing, serving, setting, and hitting—through age-appropriate drills, games, and activities.
Our goal is to create a positive first experience with the sport by keeping sessions active, playful, and full of energy, while helping kids develop coordination, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. Metro Minis is the perfect way to introduce your child to volleyball in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Whether your child is touching a volleyball for the first time or just loves being active, Metro Minis will make learning the game exciting, skill-building, and most importantly—FUN!
